kdm20g.com is the parts and repair side of CNC101Pro, a specialist remote diagnostics service for MultiCam (USA) CNC cutting systems, routers, waterjet, plasma and laser, built on 35 years of MultiCam field experience. If your keypad, controller or machine is giving trouble, the fastest route is not a phone call. It is a written assessment of your machine, from its factory record, done the same day.
What it covers
- Diagnosis of faults on any MultiCam (USA) machine, back to the early 1990s models, by remote connection to the machine PC.
- Keypad and pendant problems on KDM10, KDM20 and KDM20G systems, and the controllers they talk to.
- Replacement PC loads, software and controller commissioning after a PC failure.
- Part identification and compatibility before you buy, so the right board, keypad or drive arrives the first time.
- A written service record after every job, kept against your machine's serial number.
How it works
- Pay and book the first hour (US$120) at cnc101pro.com, or ask a question first at no charge.
- Fill in the assessment form: your serial number, three photos from your phone and a plain description of the fault. Nothing technical to capture.
- Read the reply. The first analysis and clear directions come back in writing, usually the same day. When the machine PC needs to be looked at, you download our support app and read out a code; nothing stays installed.
After the first hour, time is billed at US$150 an hour in 15-minute blocks, never more than four further hours before a written re-quote. Keypad repairs
Dead, scrambled or burnt-out KDM20 and KDM20G keypads can often be repaired or rebuilt from the parts on this site: overlay, button layer, LCD, E-stop, connector and housing. If you are not sure which part you need, send a photo of the keypad with your serial number to keypad@kdm20g.com and we will tell you before you order.
Quoted services
Two things are quoted rather than priced on the site: cables made to OEM specification (servo, stepper, signal, encoder and control harnesses, to the original gauge, shielding, connectors and length) and HP4 controller reconditioning (a send-in service: full strip-down, clean, inspection and bench test, with a written quote for any repair before work proceeds).
