Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive an item to ask for a return. The item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging, and you need the order number. To start a return, email keypad@kdm20g.com with the order number and the reason. We reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return having been agreed first cannot be accepted.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. Please use a tracked service; we cannot refund an item that does not arrive.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, was damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, email keypad@kdm20g.com within 7 days with a photo and the order number. We will replace it or refund it, and we pay the return postage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live.

Items that cannot be returned

Items made to order or to your specification (custom cables, machined or printed parts made for your machine), items that have been fitted or powered up, electronic boards whose anti-static packaging has been opened, and sale items. If you are unsure whether a part is right for your machine, ask before you order: send a photo of the keypad or board and your serial number and we will confirm.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the right one.

Repairs

Keypads and boards sent to us for repair are assessed first; we tell you the cost in writing before any work is done. If a repair is not possible or you decline the quote, the item is returned to you and only the return postage is charged. Repaired items carry a 90-day warranty on the work done.

European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered into the EU, you may cancel it for any reason within 14 days of receiving the last item. Tell us by email within that time, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours; we refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods, by the original payment method. This right does not apply to goods made to your specification.

Refunds

Once a return arrives and is checked, we confirm the refund by email. It goes back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. If nothing has appeared after 15 business days, email keypad@kdm20g.com.
