OEM-specification green plastic cover caps for Hiwin linear rail mounting bolt holes on MultiCam USA CNC machines. Direct press-fit replacement for the stainless steel cover strip, which is prone to failure and corrosion over time.

Correct installation keeps dust, swarf and moisture out of the mounting bolt recesses — protecting both the bolts from rust and the linear bearings from contamination. Simply blow out the holes with compressed air and press the caps in firmly. A light tap with a mallet ensures a secure seat.
