HP4 reconditioning and repair service

Professional reconditioning and repair service for the MultiCam HP4 CNC controller. The HP4 has been fully obsolete for over 10 years and replacement units are no longer available — keeping your existing unit operational is the only option short of a full machine upgrade.

Send us your HP4 unit in any condition — working but tired, intermittently faulty, or fully non-functional. We will perform a full strip-down, deep clean, component inspection and bench test. A detailed quote for any required repairs is provided for your approval before work proceeds.

Service scope includes internal card inspection and testing (including HP80 stepper cards), connector and harness inspection, capacitor assessment, physical cleaning, and operational test cycle.

We also purchase HP4 units in any condition for parts — contact us if you have a unit to sell.
