HP80 Stepper card for HP4 Controller

Refurbished HP80 internal stepper driver card for the MultiCam HP4 CNC controller. This card is fully obsolete and new manufacture is no longer possible — all units are refurbished, with new connector pins and CPC connectors fitted, fully cleaned and bench-tested before dispatch.

The HP80 drives axis stepper motors within the HP4 controller. Failure symptoms include axis faults, loss of motion on one or more axes, or erratic axis behaviour. In many cases a faulty HP80 card is the cause of what appears to be a catastrophic controller failure.

Stock is strictly limited and demand is high. Priority is given to swap-out arrangements — send us your faulty HP80 card and receive a refurbished unit in return at a reduced price. Contact us to arrange a swap.

We also accept complete HP4 units with other failures for assessment and repair, and purchase HP4 units in any condition.
